About Us

Naihati Mothers’ Lap is a long-cherished desire of the people of Naihati and its surrounding localities to have a good modern English medium school. Mr. Sanat Dey, a local social worker and a sympathizer to poor students come forward. Mr. Dey, with the assistance of his spouse Mrs. Kajal Dey, also a social worker, founded the school under Nahati Mothers’ Lap society. The dream comes in reality with the opening of the Naihati Mothers’ Lap gates at 7/D, Bijoynagar Naihati on 2nd January 2019.

The school is located in an eco-friendly environment on the Eastern side of Naihati Railway station, a 7 minutes walk from the school and also near Power House more bus stand which is only a 2 minutes walk from the school.

A broad vision of the founder helps Naihati Mothers’ Lap society to gather a group of highly qualified, trained child lover teachers and counsellors, to whom the society entrusted with-
  • to develop emotional health by counseling.
  • to strengthen the fundamental concept of the children through videos, models and concept cards.
  • to the holistic development of the children through P.T, recitation, drawing, singing and dancing.
  • to make the learning joyful for the kids using toys.
  • to offer the best possible foundation and assistance that help children to perform well in Olympiads and other competitions.
  • to keep the door open for the parents/ guardians to approach any teacher/ teacher-in-charge/ principal for any problem that they are facing — academic, emotional or social — without hesitation.

Our Vision & Mission

We have specialist teachers and small class sizes. So adequate teachers are involved that allow us to have a wider view of each child’s performance and we take necessary steps accordingly. Moreover, we have a sufficient number of caretakers who look after the children and assist them in their needs. To intake sufficient water that a child needs, we have arranged of water Bell.
